History:
Sobha Developer is a Bangalore based Real Estate Development and Construction Company. In 1995, Mr. P.C. Menon founded Sobha with a vision to “transform the way people perceive the quality in the real estate industry”. Within a short span, Sobha has 50 completed residential and commercial projects across 30.76 million Sqft to its credit. Over a period of time the company has expanded its business interests to other parts of the country like Kerala, Orissa, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab and Maharashtra.
