History:
Runwal Housing Group is a construction firm in the state of Maharashtra in western India. Functioning out of the bustling city of Pune, the company was formed nine years ago in 2001 by Mr. Sanjay Runwal. By stepping forward to foray into the construction industry independently, he had taken a huge gamble. But his steadfast dedication towards delivering excellence to the hilt yielded rich dividends as his organization made rapid strides within a very brief time of its inception. The beginning part of the year 2002 marked an epoch period for the group as it embarked on its pioneering residential venture christened “Runwal Sankalp” in March 2002. From then onwards, there was no looking back at all for the enterprise, which only rose to limelight through its sheer endeavor to maintain paramount quality.
