History:
The Natwest Construction Company is a Chennai based real estate firm that was set up in 1998. The company was conceived by Mr. Chitturi Ananda Rama Sudhakar, also known as Mr. Anand, who possesses a vast experience of more than 25 years in the construction sector. Later another person named Mr. T.V. Rama Kumar also came along to support him in the managerial task. The latter had worked in a reputed business bank in Bangalore and Chennai, prior to this role. With the main objective of delivering immaculate excellence coupled with timely execution of its ventures, the organization has been at the forefront in creating benchmarks for others to emulate. Believing in the motto “One stop shop for all real estate solutions”, the group endeavors to achieve its mission of catering property development services to its consumers. Management:
