History:
Chandy's Homes is established as Chandy's Constructions before a decade, in 1994 by Jose Kuruvilla and it has now grown into an ISO 9001:2000 company. It was incorporated by seeing the wide spectrum of possibilities in Kottayam district's property development sector and the company later renamed itself in 2007, as Chandy's Homes. The aim of the firm is that of providing eco friendly quality living spaces for people who want to settle in the Kottayam District. The firm has developed over 25000 sq ft of high end residential and commercial spaces in the short span of 15 years. Their projects are approved by nationalized banks such as SBT, Federal Bank, HDFC bank and proper documentation and construction quality are the reasons for this recognition. The vision of the firm is that to be a well known builder in Kerala and to be known for international quality and unparalleled ‘value for money’ projects. Management:
