History:
Aswin Builders is one of the premier construction companies in India’s southernmost state of Tamil Nadu. Launched in the year 1995 under the astute guidance of Mr. M. Britto Francis, a distinguished civil engineer by profession, the firm is based in the capital city of Chennai. Beginning with minor ventures such as developing of housing apartments, boarding homes, lodges, academic institutions and dual storied dwellings; the company has evolved into undertaking contracts for larger schemes. The estimated dimensions of the structures ranged from 2400 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. The organization’s pioneering endeavor was in Rengarajapuram, Chennai that comprised of 3 houses. In due course of time, the group began expanding its operations across the mega metropolis. Between the period of 2000 and 2008, it has created splendid apartments and duplex homes at Madipakkam enclosing an expenditure hovering between 50 lakh and 5 crores. These fabulous schemes were christened with a host of names such as Aswin Palace, Aswin Heavens, Aswin Towers, Aswin Villa, Eden Garden, Aswin Royal Court, Aswin Green’s, Aswin Hitech, Aswin Castle and so on.
